Will it hurt?

Not really.  There may be mild irritation after CLEAR for several hours. Comfort level is high by the next day compared to other procedures

 

Is the procedure safe?

Yes.  In the hands of experienced surgeons, most refractive laser eye surgeries have high safety and efficacy.

 

When can I get back to work?

Depending on your nature of work, most patients can return to work a mere few days after treatment.

 

How long does it take?

Less than a minute or two for the laser, although in general it takes about half an hour to settle in and prepare the patient and complete the treatment .

 

Am I suitable?

An comprehensive eye examination including detailed eye power check and eye scans will tell if you are suitable.

 

Can I drive after the surgery?

It is preferable to have someone accompany you to the clinic for treatment as eyesight will fluctuate for the day of surgery. Next day surgery may be good enough to drive but this may differ between individuals.

 

When can I wear makeup?

At least one to two weeks later.  Take the chance to get a clean new set of eye make-up.
